The first part of the weekly voting is now open! This week, the Level 10 song “I Got You” by Thompson Square and the Level 9 song “Threaten Me With Heaven” by Vince Gill have been removed from the chart. Added to the voting process is Luke Bryan’s “Drunk on You,” “Turn It Up” by Roger Creager, “Thank God (For Mom and Dad)” by Julie Ingram, “Ignition” by Matt Stillwell and “Lay It Down” by Soul Circus Cowboys (rereleased single). DCMF Top 60 Highlights: 2/19 to 2/25/12 Chart

Eric Church’s reign at the top of the DCMF Chart has officially come to an end. After seven straight weeks and nine overall, “Drink In My Hand” has been knocked out of #1 for good. The new DCMF #1 belongs to a band with a fanbase that is made up of Dedicated Country Music Fans who stuck behind their single helping it to steadily climb this chart. This week’s #1 single is “This Old Town” by River City Gang. Hopefully these same dedicated fans will keep coming back even after “TOT” falls away. For now, they can enjoy the fruits of their labor with a #1 single!

There is only one new song to the Top 60 this week as “Cowboys and Angels” by Dustin Lynch enters at #58.

There are two Greatest Gainers this week as both “Somebody’s Chelsea” by Reba McEntire and “So You Don’t Have to Love Me Anymore” by Alan Jackson each had a 12 point increase in Total Points. Reba’s single earns the Biggest Mover of the week as it moves eight spots from #26 to #18.

DCMF Chart Top 60 Highlights: 2/12 to 2/18/12 DCMF Chart

As mentioned last week, Eric Church was guaranteed another week at #1 on the DCMF Chart with “Drink In My Hand.” This marks the 9th overall week at #1 for “DIMH” which equals the DCMF Chart mark set my Lonestar in the summer of 1999 with “Amazed.” Will “DIMH” make it to 10 weeks? With the way the chart works, it won’t. If you want a full explanation, I will post it in the comments at anyone’s request.

There are six new songs to the Top 60 this week along with two returning songs thanks to the eight songs removed from the chart before this week:
